Somehow, it got to be May, and there are 15.5 days of school left. (Unless there is another snow day because it's been snowing in motherfucking MAY.) I can't wait to get the hell out of dodge but at the same time...
Where was all the time I had to teach all the things? Like math? And how to be a good person? And the scientific method? And Sor Juana Inés de la Cruz?

Awwwww! Well, you have another year, right? Will you have the same students next year? It must have been interesting to see it all from a teacher's perspective after years of being a student.
ReplyDeleteI would love to loop but they are in 6th grade, which is when elementary ends in KC. My little babies! Going off to big, scary junior/high schools! Although they are quickly becoming snotty teenagers; the changes since January are fucking crazy.
